After the ceremony, Wang Xin gave a general introduction of the institute its international development vision. Academician Wang Xiaoyu fully acknowledged the exemplary and leading role of the institute in the field of national vocational education, deeply analyzed the similarities and differences between the Chinese and British vocational entrepreneurship education based on his own professional and industrial experience and accordingly pointed out the institute’s cooperation direction and development opportunities with British universities and scientific research institutions. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the construction and development of the entrepreneurship school, the construction and development of the enterprise ecology of the entrepreneurship school, and how the institute, as the Secretariat of the National Business Guidance Committee, led the transformation and upgrading of business subjects with the entrepreneurship competition of the higher vocational group of the National Vocational College Skills Competition. Both sides reached consensus on the school-running orientation for the entrepreneurship and management of small and medium-sized enterprises and the formation of the ‘SICT mode’ of entrepreneurship education. The two sides also put forward new development ideas in terms of the transformation of competition results， the influence of competitions and the re-feeding of entrepreneurship education.
